There has never been a better time to pitch your novel, short story, memoir, or idea for the big or small screen.  Join screenwriter and script coach Brian Edgar for this engaging, interactive workshop, and begin to visualize your story for a feature film or new TV series.  Learn what it takes to craft an industry-quality Logline, Screenplay or TV series Pilot—and put your ideas into motion! 

Brian Edgar has written scripts for Al Pacino, Killer Films and HBO.  Brian’s original screenplay 1066 is currently in development with De Warrenne Pictures.  A graduate of the Columbia University MFA film program, Brian has taught Screenwriting at CUNY/Hunter College, Gotham Writers Workshop and Digital Film Academy in New York, and has presented workshops and panels at University of Paris/Nanterre, Rutgers University, Story Expo LA and the Orlando Film Festival.  Co-founder of Story to Screenplay, Brian works with writers of all genres who aspire to bring their work to the silver or digital screens.

WORKSHOP

The Life Of An Actor Organization, founded by veteran Actor Chris Greene, is geared towards the education and betterment of individuals involved with the Performing Arts industry through quality training, interactive programming and organized events! 
Through mentorship, dedicated service and fellowship, The L.O.A.A. works to ensure that the Performing Arts thrives in our local communities and schools.  Anyone from the just starting out youth to the life long experienced performer can benefiting from their involvement with The L.O.A.A.

Learn the ins and outs of the process of being a solid stroyteller from the 1st round Auditions all the way to the actual performance. Actors will learn about various techniques such as Cold Reads, Making Solid Choices, Analyzing Sides/Scripts, how to "Work the room" and more. Afterwards there will be a Q&A Panel with Sag Aftra Member Chris Greene moderating!
